The rental of one dark fiber or multiple pairs of dark fiber between Bratislava and Uzhorod for a period of minimum of 6 months. Bratislava connection can be provided either in the data center (DC) SIX, Námestie slobody 17, or in DC POP2SITEL, Kopčianska 18. The route terminates in DC Užhorod. The total price is set in line with the valid price list and depends on the lease period and the number of optical fibers leased.
RENTAL OF ONE OPTICAL FIBER OR N-PAIRS OF OPTICAL FIBER IN THE ROUTE SECTION
The rental of one, or multiple pairs of dark fiber between two points on the route for a period of minimum of 6 months. The total price is set in line with the valid price list and depends on the lease period and on the length and number of optical fibers leased.
RENTAL OF MANAGED OPTICAL FIBERS THROUGHOUT THE ROUTE
Rental of one dark fiber, or multiple pairs of dark fiber between Bratislava and Uzhorod for a period of minimum of 24 months. Bratislava connection can be provided either in the data center (DC) SIX, Námestie slobody 17, or in DC POP2SITEL, Kopčianska 18. The line terminates in DC Uzhorod. Active customer devices are managed by FibreNet, while device management consists in the replacement of a faulty device with a backup one. The service is primarily intended for foreign operators providing long-distance (transit) interconnection among several countries. The total price is set in line with the valid price list and depends on the lease period and the number of optical fibers leased.
IRU FOR ONE OPTICAL FIBER, OR N-PAIRS OF OPTICAL FIBER THROUGHOUT THE ROUTE
IRU for one dark fiber, or multiple pairs of dark fiber between Bratislava and Uzhorod for a minimum of 15 years with an exclusive, unrestricted and indefeasible right of use (IRU). Bratislava connection can be provided either in the data center (DC) SIX, Námestie slobody 17, or in DC POP2SITEL, Kopčianska 18. The route terminates in DC Uzhorod. The total price is set in line with the valid price list and depends on the lease period and the number of optical fibers leased.

IRU for one, or multiple microducts between Bratislava and Uzhorod (possibility for clients to air blow their own optical strand) for a minimum of 15 years with an exclusive, unrestricted and indefeasible right of use (IRU). Bratislava connection can be provided either in the data center (DC) SIX, Námestie slobody 17, or in DC POP2SITEL, Kopčianska 18. The route terminates in Uzhorod DC. The total price is set in line with the valid price list and depends on the lease period and the number of microducts leased.

Sale of separate containers throughout the entire route between Bratislava and Uzhorod with one or two microducts and independent shafts for blowing and connecting; possibility for customers to blow their own optical strand. The service is designed for customers with the tightest security requirements regarding transmitted data.
Colocation Services
SPACE RENTAL FOR RACK HOUSING
Floor space rental for the placement of customer containers (repeaters) fitted with complete electronic security equipment, fire detectors, diesel generators, battery-powered UPS stations and remote monitoring. The dimensions of the standardized floor space for racks are 600 (width) x 800 mm (depth).
SALE OF THE SPACE FOR RACK HOUSING
Sale of the floor space for the placement of customers’ containers fitted with complete electronic security equipment, fire detectors, diesel generators, battery-powered UPS stations and remote monitoring. The dimensions of the standardized floor space for racks are 600 (width) x 800 mm (depth).
COOPERATION WITH THE SUBJECT THAT WILL OPERATE AON: CONNECTING THIRD PARTIES LOCAL NETWORKS TO THE INTERNET (COLOCATION IN REPEATING STATIONS)
Connecting customer networks provided by local operators to the worldwide Internet in the FibreNet containers throughout the route. The service enables the connection to the Internet as close as possible to the end point of a local provider (operator) network without the need to lease the entire communication path up to the node data center.

NETWORK MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE
COMPREHENSIVE NETWORK MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE
The service is a part of every rental or sale of the dark fiber or microduct. It includes a comprehensive set of activities that ensure smooth and uninterrupted data transmission over the FibreNet network, in particular:
· Service and maintenance of passive optical infrastructure
· Preventive maintenance of optical cable routes, microducts and surge protectors
· Preventive and fault measurement of fiber optic bundles
· Locating and repairing network failures
· Network monitoring services (NOC) from a single point of contact
CONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION OF NETWORK
CONSTRUCTION OF PROVIDER OPTICAL ACCESS POINT/ACCESS POINTS TO FIBRENET NETWORK (CONSTRUCTION OF BACKHAUL NETWORKS)
Setting up optical access network (earthworks required to lay a microduct with an air blown optical cable bundle) from the provider network access point to the connection point of the FibreNet backbone. Possibility to build optical connections of multiple end points of the provider network. The connection to an existing or newly created connecting point of FibreNet network according to provider’s requirements.
CONNECTING PROVIDER NETWORK WITH FIBRENET NETWORK
Connection to an existing or newly created connection point of the FibreNet network according to the provider’s requirements. A fast and flexible solution in cases where the end point of the provider optical network is located in close proximity to the FibreNet backbone.
Demarcation of Networks
DEMARCATION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK AND FIBRENET TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
Provision of relevant data on existing telecommunications equipment and FibreNet networks in a specified area. The final report contains the necessary data on the exact location of telecommunications networks and equipment, or diagrams and the necessary technical specifications of the telecommunications networks and FibreNet equipment concerned.
PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC TOPOGRAPHIC DATA AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF FIBRENET NETWORK
Provision of topographic data and the necessary technical specifications of telecommunication networks and FibreNet equipment in an agreed electronic form. The actual provision of electronic data in an agreed electronic form is possible only upon request by an authorized and qualified person (SKSI member, SKA, etc.).
DEMARCATION OF FIBRENET TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK BY AN AUTHORIZED SURVEYOR
The service is primarily provided for large-scale constructions where the demarcation of telecommunications network by an authorized surveyor is advisable. The demarcation (as well as a potential qualified supervision of the construction process) will be carried out based on a binding mutual agreement which also includes the agreed date and procedure of demarcation work.
Statement on the existence of networks
STATEMENT ON THE EXISTENCE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT AND FIBRENET NETWORKS
Customers are offered a basic statement on the existence of telecommunications equipment and FibreNet networks in the territorial unit concerned. The final report only contains information on the existence or non-existence of telecommunications equipment and networks in the area concerned or in its immediate vicinity.
ISSUANCE OF THE OPINION ON THE EXISTENCE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT AND FIBRENET NETWORKS
In case of the existence of telecommunications equipment and networks in the territorial unit concerned, the final report – the final opinion – includes necessary data on the physical existence of telecommunications equipment and FibreNet networks, such as their exact location, as well as diagrams and technical specifications. The opinion is valid for 6 months, unless otherwise agreed.
EXTENSION OF THE OPINION ISSUED
In case that the opinion on the existence of telecommunications equipment and FibreNet networks expires, it is possible to request an extension of such opinion. After reviewing the current status regarding the existence of telecommunications equipment and FibreNet networks an updated opinion will be issued valid for 6 months, unless otherwise agreed.
RELOCATION OR PROTECTION OF FIBRENET TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
We transfer or protect telecommunications equipment and FibreNet networks in line with a contract, when due to a construction or other earthwork there is a collision with existing telecommunications equipment or FibreNet networks.
